The J. Gresham Machen Society
An Invitation to Join The J. Gresham Machen Society
When J. Gresham Machen opened the doors of Westminster Theological Seminary in 1929, he made a generous commitment to support the training of men and women in theological education. Upon his death in 1937, Machen provided for the seminary through his family’s inheritance, helping cover the costs of every student’s education for more than two decades. His dedication has remained an inspiration and model for so many generous Christians to support Westminster by remembering us in their will.
In light of our founder’s legacy, we have formed The J. Gresham Machen Society, an exceptional group of individuals creating the same legacy as J. Gresham Machen for Christ, his church, and the worldwide kingdom. You can make this same impact on the next generation of theological student by joining the Society today.
